To take another step towards sustainability, we have decided to keep bees ourselves. They are the ones we have to thank for the honey you see here. Our busy workers are at home in South Tyrol and like to do their rounds in the area around Tesimo/Foiana and around the Passo delle Palade.
You can use the forest honey not only to sweeten teas or mueslis, but it is also excellent on breakfast bread or in desserts.
